Campaigns and Sequences

Campaigns and sequences work together, but they are not the same thing. Sequences define reusable step-based journeys. Campaigns are the launchable or linked operational surface that uses those building blocks.

What this area is for

Use this area when you are preparing outreach structure, reviewing launch readiness, or choosing the right operational path for email or form-driven work.

Where to go in the app

Go to Outreach.

Use the Outreach section selector.

Choose Campaigns or Sequences.

Campaigns and sequences at a glance

LeadBox currently uses these concepts:

  • Email campaign
  • Form campaign
  • Sequence

An email campaign launches against a segment and sequence.

A form campaign requires a linked webform and is not the outbound email launch flow.

A sequence is a reusable step-based journey built from saved templates.

What to keep in mind

Campaign launch readiness matters. Credits and sending readiness can block launch.

Campaign launches are async, not instant, so customers should expect background processing and launch-state review.

Sequence readiness is strict when enabled, so the template setup has to be clean before customers rely on it.

Depending on your workspace role, some creation, launch, and management actions in Outreach may be limited. At launch, some setup and management actions are limited to workspace owners.
