Form Basics

This page covers the practical setup flow for creating, publishing, and reviewing a form in LeadBox.

Where to go

Go to Outreach -> Webforms.

Builder sections and recognition cues

Recognition cues to look for:

  • New form
  • Show forms
  • Fields
  • Preview
  • General
  • Fields
  • Logic
  • Theme
  • Compliance / Emails
  • Publish
  • Hosted URL
  • Copy hosted URL
  • Copy iframe embed

These labels help customers understand where setup work lives inside the form editor.

Compliance and email settings

Look for these cues inside the builder:

  • Consent field
  • Enable double opt-in
  • Enable welcome / auto-reply email

Keep these launch-safe truths in mind:

  • consent capture depends on consent field configuration
  • welcome timing after confirmation requires double opt-in

Publish options

Active means publicly available.

Archived hides the form from new submissions.

The practical publish options are the hosted form URL and the iframe embed snippet.

Reporting and submissions

The reporting surface includes focused breakdowns rather than a broad analytics model.

Source breakdowns currently include:

  • Hosted
  • Embed
  • Campaign link

What to keep in mind

LeadBox webforms are practical lead-capture forms. They should not be documented as a full landing-page builder.

Depending on your workspace role, some form setup and publishing actions may be limited. If you do not see an expected action, check your workspace role or ask a workspace owner or admin.
