Plans Overview
LeadBox offers a free trial plus paid Core access through monthly or annual billing. This page explains the main plan rules in a launch-safe way.
Free trial
The trial lasts 14 days and includes 100 credits.
It is designed to let you explore LeadBox before moving to paid Core.
During an active trial, paid top-ups are not available.
If trial credits run out before the trial ends, sending is blocked until the trial ends.
If the trial expires, paid top-ups become available, but sending still requires available credits after trial.
Monthly and annual
LeadBox Core is available as monthly or annual billing.
Monthly and annual are the same Core product. This documentation does not describe different Core feature sets between them.
Current pricing can be understood as:
- Monthly: EUR 79 / month
- Annual: EUR 790 / year
Annual signup bonus
Annual includes a 15,000 credit signup bonus.
This bonus is tied to confirmed annual signup and payment handling. It should not be understood as something granted by the checkout return or success page alone.
If you upgrade from monthly to annual, you do not receive the 15,000 annual signup bonus.
Cancellation basics
Cancellation is self-serve from billing.
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, not immediate.
Paid Core access remains available until the current billing period ends after cancellation is scheduled.
Important billing notes
Your subscription and your sending credits are separate.
Billing pages reflect backend-confirmed state, so checkout return screens are not the source of truth for plan activation.
