Create a Form campaign

This example shows how to create a Form campaign in LeadBox. A Form campaign is built around a linked webform and is different from the outbound Email campaign flow.

What this example is for

Use this flow when the campaign should be built around a form rather than an outbound email launch.

Before you start

Before you begin, confirm that:

  • a webform exists
  • you know which form should be linked
  • no sequence setup is required for the Form campaign itself

Step 1: Confirm the webform

Go to Outreach -> Webforms.

Confirm that the webform already exists and is the one you want this campaign to use.

Step 2: Create the campaign

Go to Outreach -> Campaigns.

Recognition cues to look for:

  • New campaign
  • Create Campaign
  • Campaign type
  • Form campaign
  • Campaign view
  • Campaign name
  • Status

Create a new campaign and choose Form campaign.

Look for Linked webform.

Choose the webform this campaign should use.

A linked webform is required for this campaign type.

Step 4: Save and manage the campaign

Save the campaign after the Campaign name and Linked webform are set.

After saving, manage the campaign from the campaign view.

Recognition cues to look for:

  • Linked webform
  • Live

What makes this different from an Email campaign

A form campaign requires a linked webform.

Sequence setup is not part of this flow.

This is not the outbound email launch flow.

Depending on your workspace role, some campaign creation and management actions may be limited.
