Follow-up Health™

Follow-up Health™ turns lead ownership, response timing, recent follow-up state, and Next Action data into a practical attention view. It helps a team see where follow-up needs action before the problem is hidden inside inboxes, spreadsheets, or individual memory.

Follow-up Health is an operational guide. It does not guarantee that a lead will reply, be recovered, or become a customer.

Where to go in the app

Go to Dashboard.

Use the Dashboard section selector to open Follow-up Health.

What Follow-up Health shows

The Follow-up Health area brings together:

  • a health score
  • Follow-up SLA status
  • trend views
  • leads or opportunities that need attention
  • the reason each item needs attention
  • a path back to the relevant lead

Available trend ranges include 7, 30, and 90 days where shown in the current dashboard.

Supported attention signals

Follow-up Health can surface supported issues such as:

  • a lead or opportunity without an owner
  • an overdue first response
  • overdue follow-up after the lead has responded
  • a lead without an open next action
  • an overdue next action
  • a next action that requires reassignment because its assignee is no longer active

The view also distinguishes states where the team is waiting for the prospect from states where the team needs to act.

How Next Actions affect Follow-up Health

For an eligible active lead, Follow-up Health uses the authoritative open Next Action record rather than inferring the action from a note or unrelated activity.

The main Next Action states are:

  • Missing: the lead has no open next action and needs one
  • Upcoming: a usable open action exists and is not overdue
  • Overdue: the action due date or time has passed
  • Requires reassignment: the action still exists, but its assignee is no longer eligible

LeadBox avoids counting the same lead multiple times for the same Next Action dimension. It presents the most relevant action problem and the matching remediation path.

Act on a health signal

Use this workflow:

  1. Review the health score and SLA summary.
  2. Open the list of leads needing attention.
  3. Read the reason shown for the lead.
  4. Open the related lead in Pipeline.
  5. Take the relevant action, such as assigning an owner, adding a next action, rescheduling, reassigning, completing the action, or recording the required follow-up.
  6. Return to Follow-up Health and refresh the view when needed.

The Next Action-related remediation controls are:

  • Add next action when no open action exists
  • Reschedule when the current action is overdue
  • Reassign when the assignee is no longer eligible
  • Complete when the planned work has been finished

Understand the health score

The health score summarizes supported follow-up conditions across the workspace. It is not a sales forecast, a quality grade for individual team members, or a guarantee of future results.

Use the reasons, SLA status, and underlying lead records to understand why the score changed.

Understand SLA status

Follow-up SLA helps distinguish between:

  • work that is overdue
  • work approaching its expected response window
  • leads waiting for the prospect
  • leads that currently meet the supported follow-up conditions

A waiting state is not automatically a failure. It can mean the team has responded and the next move belongs to the prospect.

What to keep in mind

Follow-up Health depends on the information recorded in LeadBox. Missing ownership, incomplete activity, or an absent next action can affect what the dashboard shows.

Use it to direct attention and improve the follow-up process. Do not treat it as a promise that every opportunity will be recovered or that every response target will be met.
