Credits Basics ​

Credits are used for sending. They are separate from your LeadBox Core subscription.

What credits are for ​

Credits cover sending usage.

Your subscription gives you access to LeadBox Core. Credits cover the sending side of the product.

Trial credits ​

The trial includes 100 credits.

Paid top-ups are blocked during an active trial.

If those trial credits are exhausted before the trial ends, sending is blocked until the trial ends.

After trial expiry, paid top-ups become available.

Paid top-ups add credits to your wallet for sending usage. They do not replace the need for a subscription when you need LeadBox Core access.

When sending is blocked ​

Sending can be blocked when:

  • Trial credits are exhausted
  • The trial has expired and no paid credits are available
  • You have paid Core access but no available credits remain

A simple way to think about billing ​

Keep the model simple:

  • Subscription = product access
  • Credits = sending usage
