Workspace Basics
Before you start using LeadBox day to day, it helps to understand what the product is designed for, what it is not designed for, and how the main concepts fit together.
What LeadBox is
LeadBox is a workspace-based outreach and lead-management app.
It is for teams that want a simpler way to manage leads, build outreach workflows, capture leads through webforms, and keep activity visible in one place.
At launch, LeadBox supports:
- Managing leads and lead status
- Grouping leads into segments
- Creating reusable email templates
- Building sequences from saved templates
- Launching email campaigns against a segment and sequence
- Creating hosted or embedded webforms
- Using triggers to respond to selected events
- Managing billing, credits, sender setup, domain verification, and workspace members
What LeadBox is not
LeadBox is not a general-purpose email marketing platform.
It is not designed for permission-free cold email sending.
It is not a broad workflow orchestration platform, a full sales CRM suite, or a fully advanced LinkedIn command center.
Some launch areas are intentionally narrow so the core product stays clear and usable.
How the app is organized
LeadBox is organized around four practical areas:
Dashboardfor workspace orientation and a quick view of current activityOutreachfor templates, sequences, campaigns, webforms, and triggersPipelinefor leads, lead status, imports, and segment organizationSettingsfor billing, credits, sender setup, domain verification, and workspace member management
Key concepts to understand
Workspace
Your workspace is the main operating space for your team. It holds your leads, outreach assets, forms, settings, and members.
Lead
A lead is a person or record you want to track, organize, or follow up with inside LeadBox.
Segment
A segment is a saved group of leads. It helps you organize audiences before you launch a campaign or review a workflow.
Template
A template is reusable message content. At launch, templates are used for email-based workflow preparation.
Sequence
A sequence is a structured set of steps built from saved templates. It gives campaigns a repeatable follow-up pattern.
Campaign
A campaign is the execution layer for a workflow. Campaigns currently include Email campaigns and Form campaigns.
Email campaigns are used for outbound sending against a segment and sequence. Form campaigns are tied to form-based workflows and are not outbound email launches.
Webform
A webform is a hosted or embedded form used to capture lead information and bring submissions into your workspace.
Trigger
A trigger responds to selected events inside LeadBox so a follow-up action can happen in a structured way.
Subscription and credits
Your subscription controls product access. Credits are a separate usage concept used for specific activity, so plan access and credit balance should be reviewed separately.
Sender setup and domain verification
Sender setup and domain verification support real email sending readiness. These should be reviewed before you launch live outreach.
