First Steps in LeadBox

If you want the fastest clean start, use this order. It will help you avoid setup confusion and give you a better foundation before you begin sending or publishing forms.

1. Confirm your account and workspace basics

Start from Dashboard so you can orient yourself to the workspace and confirm you are in the right account.

If you have not already done it, read Workspace Basics first. That will give you the product context you need before you begin setup work.

2. Review billing and credits

Open Settings and review your subscription and wallet status early.

Product access and sending credits are separate concepts. Your subscription determines access to the product, while credits should be checked separately before you rely on a sending workflow.

For the commercial basics, read Plans, Billing, and Credits.

3. Set up email integrations and sender basics

Before real sending, review your email integration settings, sender identity, and domain verification.

This is the setup foundation that helps you avoid confusion later when you are preparing a live email workflow.

For the high-level guidance, continue with Email Setup and Compliance.

4. Bring in leads or create your first audience

Use Pipeline for lead import and early audience organization.

This is the right place to start building a clean list, reviewing lead status, and organizing the first segment you may want to use later.

5. Prepare templates and sequences

Use Outreach to prepare reusable templates and build the first sequence you want to use.

Keeping templates and sequence structure clear before launch makes your next workflow easier to review and adjust.

6. Choose your first workflow

Once your workspace and sending foundation are ready, choose one simple starting path in Outreach:

  • Launch an email campaign
  • Publish a webform
  • Add triggers

Where to start in the app

  • Start in Dashboard for orientation
  • Use Settings for subscription, wallet, sender setup, and domain verification checks
  • Use Pipeline for leads, imports, and early audience organization
  • Use Outreach for templates, sequences, campaigns, webforms, and triggers

A simple rule for getting started

Keep the order simple:

  • Workspace first
  • Sending foundation second
  • Audience third
  • Workflow fourth
