Email Setup and Compliance

LeadBox supports permission-based and transactional email. This section explains where to set up email sending, what must be in place before real sends can work, and how compliance settings affect sending.

What LeadBox supports

LeadBox supports permission-based and transactional email.

Real sending depends on your sender setup, domain verification, and compliance state. That means it is not enough to turn on a provider alone. Your sender details, domain checks, and unsubscribe or suppression setup all affect whether sending is ready.

Where to go in the app

Go to Settings -> Integrations and look for Email Integrations when you want to review provider choice, sender identity, domain verification, or test-send readiness.

Go to Settings -> Compliance when you want to review unsubscribe and compliance settings, including unsubscribe text and email suppressions.

Go to Outreach -> Webforms when you want to configure consent capture, double opt-in, or welcome / auto-reply email behavior for forms.

Before you send

Use this sequence before you rely on real email sending:

  • Choose Postmark instead of Mock
  • Set a sender identity
  • Confirm the sender identity
  • Verify the sending domain, especially DKIM

If one of those pieces is incomplete, real sending may still be blocked even if the rest of the workspace looks ready.

What LeadBox does not support

LeadBox does not support cold outreach through Postmark.

LeadBox also does not support permission-free sending. Customers should treat sender setup, unsubscribe handling, suppressions, and consent capture as part of the same sending foundation.
