Pipeline and Leads

LeadBox uses Pipeline as the main place to manage leads, track lead status, organize audiences, and review lead activity. You can think of it as the lead-management side of the product, but the product label in the app is Pipeline.

What this area is for

Pipeline is the real product area label.

CRM can be a helpful shorthand when you are explaining the lead-management side of the product, but it is not the main label customers see in the app.

Pipeline includes:

  • Leads
  • Leads Kanban
  • Segments
  • Unsubscribes
  • lead details and lead view
  • the import flow

Where to go in the app

Go to Pipeline.

Use the Pipeline section selector to move between Leads, Leads Kanban, Segments, and Unsubscribes.

Go to Pipeline -> Import when you want to bring in leads from a file.

What you can do here

Pipeline is the practical working area for:

  • add lead
  • import leads
  • filter leads
  • choose columns
  • bulk update
  • add leads to a static segment
  • open lead details
  • move leads in Kanban
  • manage segments
  • review unsubscribes

What to keep in mind

LeadBox uses a narrow lead status model at launch, so customers should not expect a broad CRM-stage system.

Unsubscribes is a review surface, not a full preference center.

Sequence progression still includes manual actions at launch, especially in lead-level execution.

Depending on your workspace role, some lead, segment, and import actions in Pipeline may be limited. If you do not see an expected action, check your workspace role or ask a workspace owner or admin.
