Plans, Billing, and Credits
LeadBox separates product access from sending usage. This section explains how the trial works, how monthly and annual billing differ, how credits fit in, and what to expect from cancellation and top-ups.
How billing works in LeadBox
LeadBox Core access is subscription-based.
Sending usage is tracked separately through wallet credits.
That means your trial, subscription, and credits are related, but they are not the same thing. You can have product access, sending limits, and billing actions that affect different parts of the experience.
Trial at a glance
LeadBox starts with a 14-day trial that includes 100 credits granted once per workspace.
During an active trial, sending is allowed only while those credits remain. Paid top-ups are blocked during that active trial period.
If trial credits run out before the trial ends, sending is blocked until the trial ends. When the trial expires, paid top-ups become available, but sending still requires available paid credits after trial.
Monthly and annual at a glance
LeadBox Core is available through monthly or annual billing.
Both options provide the same Core product. Annual includes a 15,000 credit signup bonus for confirmed annual payment handling. Monthly to annual upgrades do not receive that signup bonus.
Credits and sending
Credits are used for sending usage, not for product access.
That is why a paid LeadBox Core subscription and a positive wallet balance solve different problems. A subscription gives you Core access. Credits cover sending usage.
