Use Webforms to capture leads through hosted or embedded forms, manage form settings, and review submission activity.

What this area is for

This is the part of Outreach where customers build forms, publish them, and review what happens after submissions start coming in.

Go to Outreach -> Webforms.

What you can configure

Customers can currently:

  • create and edit forms
  • configure fields
  • set required state
  • configure a consent field
  • add conditional logic
  • adjust theme
  • set status
  • copy hosted URL
  • copy iframe embed
  • review submissions and reporting
  • configure double opt-in
  • configure welcome / auto-reply email

Launch-safe status meanings are:

  • Draft
  • Active
  • Archived

Publishing and sharing

Hosted and iframe embed are the real publishing modes surfaced in the app.

Customers can publish through the hosted form link or copy the iframe embed snippet for an embedded use case.

What to keep in mind

Reporting is useful, but it is still a focused operational surface rather than a broad analytics suite.

Consent and follow-up behavior depend on how the form is configured, especially around consent fields and double opt-in.

Depending on your workspace role, some form setup, publishing, and management actions may be limited. At launch, some of these actions are limited to workspace owners.
